The new Fiat Doblo Cargo will be on sale in spring 2015.
Notable exterior updates over the current Doblo Cargo include a new front end, with revised headlamps, front bumper and a bold new grille. At the rear, there is a new light cluster design.
The inside remains relatively unchanged, although non-UK models now receive a third central front seat, that was deemed unnecessary for the UK.
Fiat has worked on the current Doblo’s 1.3 and 1.6 turbodiesel Multijet engines is also available with a new EcoJet version in both engines. They claim to have increased responsiveness at low revs by ‘up to 40%’, resulting in greater flexibility.
The EcoJet spec reduces fuel consumption with the use of stop-start, low-rollng resistance tyres, an intelligent alternator and new aero. This allows it to achieve an impressive 64mpg and CO2 emissions of just 115g/km.
It also receives ‘Traction+’, a new traction control system, as well as increased soundproofing, a Hill-Holder system, stability control and a tyre pressure monitoring system.
