Ford has revealed two new sporty additions to the popular Fiesta range. The all new Fiesta Red and Black Editions will powered by a 138bhp version of Fords award winning three cylinder 1.0-litre EcoBoost engine. Together with this increase in power the new Fiesta Editions will still reach 63mpg and have C02 emissions of 104g/km.
Sitting on sports suspension 10mm lower than other models the new Fiesta will feel sportier than rivals, although still not as firm as the ST, the suspension being 12 per cent stiffer at the front and 6 per cent stiffer at the rear.
The exterior is overhauled with a host of styling changes that set the Red and Black Editions apart from the rest of the Fiesta range. The Red Edition gets red paint with a black grill, roof, mirror’s and headlight styling. In contrast the Black Edition gets black paint with a red roof, red grill and mirrors. Both the Red and Black Edition have red stitching on the steering wheel, sports pedals and red trim on the seats.
The Fiesta Red and Black Editions will retail starting at £15,995.
