Grange Barnet Redevelopment

Work commenced on the new state of the art ‘Arch Concept’ Jaguar Land Rover Showroom in March 2016. Incorporating 22 service bays, an 8 car Land Rover Showroom and 7 Car Jaguar Showroom, the business is due to open in April 2017.

For the first time this will bring the sales, parts and service departments together under one roof, and massively enhance the experience for both our guests and associates.

With up to 70 used cars on display, a configurator room, and brand specific handover bays the new site will be to the latest Jaguar Land Rover specifications and promises to be a stunning destination for our guests.

The build was an extremely challenging project, involving the demolition of the existing Land Rover Showroom, along with the old Bentley buildings. With the commencement of the groundworks over 500 lorry loads of earth needed to be removed, over 110 piles were driven to form a retaining wall, and over 600 tonnes of concrete laid for the workshop flooring. Whilst this was going on the teams relocated into the old Jaguar showroom and two portacabins, which will be demolished and removed towards the end of the build.

Whilst going through the build process has had its challenges, the end result will be well worth it, and all associates have done a great job of looking after our guests during the course of the build- needless to say everyone is very much looking forward to the opening of our new facility!

Grange Barnet is still open for business to all visitors!
