There is not long to go now before the release of the eagerly anticipated 7th generation Ford Fiesta. Last week, it seems that a few photos surfaced online of the new car not just running it’s new chassis, but as a complete prototype. As expected the images show a slightly bigger Fiesta, making room for the KA Plus which upon it’s release will become Ford’s budget small car.
Looking at the exterior of the car, the front remains quite similar to the current model, with the oval grille which has become iconic for all current Ford models. Moving to the back, the rear lights have been swapped from the vertical units that are currently used to horizontal blocks. Inside, no pictures have been released but Ford have said they are going for a smarter looking interior, which we expect to see the new Sync3 infotainment system.
With only a few months to wait until the new Fiesta is available in our showrooms, we can’t wait till we see the successor of arguable Ford’s greatest small car. The clock is ticking and thanks to Dees of Wimbledon’s excellent new and used offers, now is the time to get your hands on the current model, take a look at our fantastic offers here; Dees of Wimbledon, New and Used Fiesta.
