The UK could see the return of the Ford Bronco

Ford have confirmed that the name ‘Bronco’ will be returning to the market by 2020, in a new SUV. The blue oval has described the Bronco as a “no compromise midsize 4×4” and said that it will be marketed as a global model, which may mean it will be coming over the pond to the UK. The Bronco will be more rugged than the current SUV range of Ecosport, Kuga and Edge and will be based on the next generation Ranger which we are expecting in 2019.

The previous Bronco ceased production in 1996, and all though Ford released concept images in 2004 for a new model, (pictured) it never materialized.
