2017 Ford Ecosport spotted in the UK for the first time

Ford Ecosport

AutoCar have spotted the facelifted Ford Ecosport testing in North Wales for the very first time. The new car takes a few slight appearance changes, to align itself closer to the more aggressive looking Kuga and Edge models, and will also feature Ford’s Sync3 infotainment system, as well as a possibility of a four-wheel drive option. The engine line up looks set to remain identical to the current model with a 1.0 EcoBoost petrol unit, 1.5 petrol unit and 1.5 diesel units choose from.

Manager of SUV communications at Ford, Jeremy Schofield suggested that a four-wheel-drive Ecosport could be on it’s way by saying that there is a small but significant proportion of the market looking for B-Spec 4×4 SUVs.

The current Ecosport is available from Dees of Wimbledon at great value, take a look here and book yourself a test drive; Dees of Wimbledon, New and Used
