Ben Collins better known as The Stig from the BBC’s Top Gear had gave a lively Q&A session as well signing sessions of his book How To Drive: The Ultimate Guide, from the Man Who Was the Stig.

The Ford Edge drew huge crowds

Cambria Automobiles were representing Ford with staff from Dees of Croydon, Dees of Wimbledon and our sister dealership Invicta helping to man our indoor and outdoor stands as well as carrying out test drives . With 13 cars on display including the amazing new Ford Edge; the most of any manufacturer over the weekend our team was very busy.  Sales associate Felix Maughan of Dees Croydon commented ” The motor show was a great experience for me. There were so many interesting people and the whole atmosphere was electric. It was great to talk to so many people  about how happy they are with their Fords, as well  as all the people who don’t own a Ford who are now thinking of purchasing one having seen just how good these cars are at the show.”

The Motor Show was something of an unknown quantity before the weekend; many of the team had never experienced an event of this type and had no real idea of just what to expect or just how busy it would be. Dealer Principal Neil Wiseman of Dees Croydon commented “We were proud to support the new London Motor Show and represent Ford.  I was shocked at just how many people attended this new event.  I met with a great mix of people from all over the country, but also a great many local people, many had bought cars from Dees in the past.  My sore feet are testament to just how successful the event was for Dees and Ford. “
