Volvo has ranked highest in the UK for customer service satisfaction, beating Audi, BMW and Mercedes.
UK customer satisfaction with the maintenance and repair work of their franchised service dealers was measured using five criteria.
The survey, conducted by JD Power on behalf of the UK Customer Service Institute, looked at perceptions of service quality and facility, as well as initiation, vehicle pick-up and service adviser.
